OUR MISSION
Defender Gear USA is dedicated to providing our customers with non-medical masks and other PPE supplies on a timely basis whenever possible. Our online platform allows customers to purchase non-medical masks on-line and was designed with the goal of allowing our customers to receive masks within days of their order, not weeks or months later. And when you sign up for our Defender Club membership, you can order allowed quantities of in-stock masks to help reduce the spread of airborne particles, viruses and bacteria.

OUR STORY
Our founder and president, John Mikulski, is a successful American entrepreneur with several innovative products sold at top North American retailers. Our U.S.-based company was born during the COVID-19 pandemic when states and countries were fighting for scarce overseas supplies of personal protective equipment (PPE).

During the explosive COVID-19 pandemic in Illinois, the state government was facing a severe drought in PPEs and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) needed help. Our company was selected by the IEMA and leveraged our strong overseas manufacturing contacts to locate, fund, and ship much-needed supplies to our home state, helping to stock the Illinois medical supply warehouse along with several Chicago hospitals. Without our hard-fought efforts, these precious supplies could have gone to other countries that were also competing for them. We will do our part to help resolve the severe scarcity of consumer masks with Defender Gear USA.

We found that our country is unable to manage the supply chain of needed PPE. And, when fighting to provide these supplies we found that most of them were manufactured over-seas and imported. In the future and once all clearances are obtained, we plan to proudly manufacture PPE here in the U.S.A.
